bon label provides simple + free return + exchange 

BONLABEL.COM.AU RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY 

We take care to use only the best quality fabric & best workmanship to create our garments.

If you do need to exchange or refund please follow this guide:

EXCHANGES

We will provide you with an exchange for full priced items only where:

the garments have not been worn, damaged or washed

the garments are in saleable condition with all tags still intact

the garments arrive at the bon studio in the above, saleable condition within 15 working days of the original bon label shipping date; and

there is record of your purchase (incl. your name, order number & shipping address) at bonlabel.com.au

All exchanges are subject to availability.

Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

TO ACTIVATE YOUR EXCHANGE:

Email sales@bonlabel.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order.

Include your name, order number, date of purchase, reason for return (exchange for style, size or colour), & requested exchange item. 

We will reply to your email with confirmation of your exchange request and send you a paid return shipping label. 

EXCHANGE SHIPPING DETAILS:

Print the label we send you and attach it to the satchel your items were delivered in.

Please ensure the satchel is securely closed. 

Drop the satchel in to your local australia post office or red australia post office box. 

Post your return with enough time to arrive at the bon studio within 15 days of the original bon label shipping date.  We recommend you allow at least 5 days for the return to arrive back to us.

Returns received after 15 days of original shipping date are not eligible for exchange. 

REFUNDS

Alternatively we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items only that:

are faulty (unless caused by you)

have been wrongly described

are different to the goods you ordered

As with exchanges, garments will only be accepted for refund where:

the garments have not been worn, damaged or washed

the garments are in saleable condition with all tags still intact

the garments arrive at the bon studio in saleable condition as detailed above, within 15 working days of the original bon label shipping date; and

there is record of your purchase (incl. your name, order number & shipping address) at bonlabel.com.au

Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

All returns must be received by bon label within 15 days of original shipping date to be eligible for a refund.  Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved the refund will be applied via your original method of payment, into the account which provided the original purchase payment.  You will receive an automated email confirming the refund at this time.
