Sizing + Style info

I’m unsure about sizing?

We hear you, sizes are all over the place these days! To ensure you get the best fit we suggest you read the product fit notes and information, then check out the size guide. You can find the size guide at the top right of the size select box - here

For the best size guide, lay your favourite tee, tank, sweater, dress or skirt flat. Measure it across the same line as our size guide image. Compare your measurement with our measurement and take the closest size option.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes! We include measurements for each size and style.

Each product page has a link to the Size Guide, it’s located above and to the right of the drop down menu for size choice.

Measurements are taken with the garment laid flat and therefore measure the front of the garment - essentially half the full circumference of the garment.

To use the size guide to best effect, lay your favourite tee, tank, sweater, dress or skirt flat.  Measure it across the same line as our size guide image.  Compare your measurement with our measurement and take the closest size option.

I’m crazy for something that is now out of stock, is there any hope?

We’ve all been there and will do our best to hook you up! Please email us the details of the garment you are after.

Delivery, Return & Exchange

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.  

How long does it take to ship my order from time of purchase?

Pretty quickly! Orders received before 2pm are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

When will my parcel arrive?

Don’t sit there guessing, visit our shipping + delivery page for delivery estimates. In a hurry to get your hands on your goods? Select express shipping  at the time of check out!

Is bon label responsible for lost packages?

If your package is lost in transit we will do everything we can to find it and get it to you asap.

We will follow up with the courier and keep you posted on progress.  If it has disappeared (rare, but it does happen) we will send you a fresh new parcel asap.

Please email us to let us know that you are still waiting and we’ll get on it!  

Can I return or exchange my regular-priced item because I’ve change my mind?

Yes of course, we want you to be happy with your bon purchase.

Return postage is covered by you and returned goods must arrive back at the bon studio in new, unworn condition with original tags in tact.  

Items for exchange or return must be returned within 14 days of purchase date

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel arrives in a damaged condition, please email Customer Care so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

If you excitedly open your parcel only to find a different size, colour or style that you ordered, WE ARE SO SORRY! Please email us ASAP, we’re going to act at lightening speed to make this wrong a bigger right!

What if my purchase is defective?

Manufacturing faults happen! We catch 99.9% of these rare instances before they are shipped to you but if you happen to notice something isn’t right with your garment please contact us ASAP. customercare@bonlabel.com.au

If your garment does not reach the full life expectancy you were hoping for please let us know. We aim to create the best possible garments and value all of your feedback and experiences.

How do I return or exchange my item?

Please email customercare@bonlabel.com.au to make arrangements. Include the below information:

  • Order number
  • Identify whether you are seeking a refund, store credit or an exchange (and the item that you would like in exchange)
  • Item(s) that you would like to refund or exchange
  • Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via bonlabel.com.au

Can I return sale items?

bon label does not provide a refund on sale items

Is there somewhere I can go and view the product before purchasing?

We have many lovely boutiques across Australia who stock bon label. Find your local Stockist here

We do not have a physical store and for safety reasons we cannot allow customers in the warehouse. If you have any product enquiries, please contact us.

Ordering + Payment

What payment does bon label accept?

We accept Afterpay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

Can I cancel/modify my order?

Yes but you need to be speedy! We ship our orders pretty quickly so please contact us ASAP.  We’ll do everything we can to help you make modifications to your order - subject to product availability and timing.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your confirmation email is in the inbox of the email account you provided us at the time of checkout. Please check your spam if you do not see it.

Why was my order cancelled?

In the unlikely event that your order needs to be cancelled we will always attempt to notify you first and explain to you the reason that your order cannot be fulfilled.

Do you offer a discount for large volume or corporate orders?

Gift Cards & Discount codes

Where do I purchase a bon label e-gift card?

How do I use my bon label e-gift card?

Oh lah lah, a little gift for you! Redeem it at bonlabel.com.au Apply your unique gift code during checkout.  You don’t have to spend the entire amount in 1 purchase. You can spend the voucher value across multiple purchases until the gift card amount is exhausted.

When will my gift card expire?

You have 12 months from date of issue to use your gift card. You may use it multiple times as long as you still have a balance on it.

Is my information kept private?

bon label is committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us. We will only use your personal information in order to provide our product & service to you. Just be you!

You know the drill - put on your fave bon label pieces, happy snap a photo and post it on your insta feed

Help us find you! Tag the photo with @bonlabel and use the hashtag #bongirl in comments.

How do I sign up for the newsie?

Visit bonlabel.com.au and look for the SIGN ME UP button on the footer of the page or on the pop up. Enter your email and don’t forget your bday so that we can send you a treat!

How can I unsubscribe from the bon newsletter?

To unsubscribe from our mailing list open your last bon newsie and scroll down to the footer of the email where you will see the unsubscribe from this list link - click and follow instructions

If you’re like us and have gone on a super deleting clean up of your inbox and don’t have a newsie in your inbox, just contact us and we’ll unsubscribe for you.
